Nitecore Product Warranty

All Nitecore products sold through Nitecore Thailand Shop come with official factory warranty.

Warranty Terms

• 15 days — Free replacement for manufacturing defects
• 5 years — Free repair for flashlights / headlamps
• 1 year — Chargers, batteries, accessories

Not Covered

• Misuse damage (e.g. water ingress from opening, severe drops)
• Modifications or self-repairs not done by an authorized center
• Normal wear from regular use
• Batteries beyond rated charge cycles

How to Claim

2. Provide Serial Number + description of issue + photos
3. Ship to our service center — we assess within 7 business days
4. If covered: free repair, free return shipping
