Refund & Cancellation Policy
Nitecore Thailand Shop, operated by Event Running Co., Ltd. ("the Store"), is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains order cancellation, product returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped by contacting us via LINE: @Nitecoreth or email admin@nitecorethailandshop.com
- If already paid and not yet shipped, a full refund is issued within 7–14 business days
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return under Section 2
2. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- Product is defective or damaged from manufacturing
- Wrong item received (incorrect model/color/quantity)
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Return conditions:
- Product must be in complete condition with box, accessories, and receipt
- The Store covers return shipping for defective or wrong items
- Items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit card: refunded to the original card (may take 7–14 business days depending on the issuing bank)
- PromptPay / TrueMoney: refunded to the original account/wallet
- All refunds are processed through our payment provider (Opn Payments / Omise), which is PCI-DSS certified
- Refund amounts are in Thai Baht (THB), equal to the amount actually paid
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Used products with no manufacturing defect
- Items past the 7-day window from delivery
- Products damaged through customer use
